  1. Microlocs Training Policies

1. Registration and Payment

• Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll.

• Payment Terms: Full payment must be received to secure a spot. Payment plans, if offered, must be completed by the registration deadline.

Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the bootcamp will receive a 50% refund.

• No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the event. However, participants can transfer their spot to another individual or defer to a future bootcamp (subject to availability).

• Late Registration: Registrations submitted after the deadline will incur an additional fee if spots are still available.

2. Attendance

• Punctuality: Participants are expected to arrive on time for all sessions. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and missed content will not be repeated.

• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without prior communication will result in forfeiture of registration/deposits fees.

3. Equipment and Materials

• Provided Materials: All tools, mannequins, and training resources will be supplied for in-person sessions. Participants are responsible for maintaining these items during the bootcamp.

• Personal Tools: Participants are encouraged to bring any tools they currently use to familiarize themselves with their integration into the microloc process.

• Digital Submissions: Participants must have access to a smartphone or camera for content creation on Day 3.

4. Mentorship Component

• Program Overview:

• Mentorship includes up to 40 hours of one-on-one or group guidance after the bootcamp to help participants build confidence, navigate client challenges, and grow their microloc business.

• Eligibility: Only participants who complete the bootcamp are eligible for mentorship.

• Duration and Access:

  • Participants have 6 months from the date of bootcamp completion to use their 40 mentorship hours. Any unused hours after 6 months will expire.
  • Mentorship hours can be scheduled in blocks of 1 to 3 hours per session, based on participant needs and facilitator availability.

• Scheduled sessions must be attended promptly; rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice will count as used hours.

• Code of Conduct:

Participants must be respectful and open to feedback during mentorship. Constructive discussions are encouraged to foster growth.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding client cases or sensitive business discussions.

• Non-Compliance: Participants who fail to meet expectations (e.g., lack of communication or effort) may have their mentorship terminated without a refund.

5. Code of Conduct

• Respect: All participants must respect the facilitator, peers, and the learning environment. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

• Collaboration: The bootcamp is designed to foster learning through collaboration. Participants should engage actively and support one another.

• Non-Disclosure: Sharing or distributing proprietary training materials outside the bootcamp is strictly prohibited.

6. Health and Safety

• Hygiene Practices: Participants must maintain proper hygiene during practical sessions to ensure a clean and safe environment for all.

• Injury Liability: The bootcamp is not liable for injuries sustained during participation. Participants are encouraged to exercise caution when using tools.

• Illness Policy: Participants who are unwell should notify the facilitator and refrain from attending in-person sessions. Virtual support or alternative arrangements may be discussed.

7. Certification and Follow-Up

• Completion Certificate: Participants will receive a certificate of completion upon successfully attending all sessions and demonstrating learned skills.

• Post-Bootcamp Support: Graduates will gain access to additional resources or discounted future workshops to continue their education.

8. Photography and Content Usage

• Content Creation: By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded during the bootcamp. Content may be used for marketing purposes.

• Opt-Out Option: If a participant does not wish to appear in promotional content, they must notify the facilitator in advance.
